Product Summary:
This equipment sends bottles to the screw conveyor by the conveyor belt. The bottles are transferred to the capping machine by the 1 # star wheel through the shape plate of the screw conveyor. The bottle clamping plate blocks the bottleneck (or the anti-rotation belt holds the bottle body tightly) for capping, and then the shaped plate transfers the filled and capped beverage bottles to the conveyor belt through the 2 # star wheel. This completes the whole process of capping.
